Registration at Atlantic Gymnastics is very simple. 
Just stop by the gym on Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
You will need to fill out the required forms and pay the registration and tuition fees.
A non-refundable registration fee covers the cost of insurance and processing.
Any child doing a trial or registering for a class must have a registration form signed by a legal guardian BEFORE participating in class.  You can download the registration form here

PAYMENT INFORMATION

OPTION 1.  Easy Option  If you decide to pay monthly at Atlantic Gymnastics you must sign up by Electronic Funds Transfer. The monthly payment will be billed to any credit or debit card or to your bank checking account of your choice. Making your life easier is what we are all about.
If you would like to discontinue class for any reason, just give us written notice by certified mail or in person by the 10th of the month prior to cancellation

For a family that has multiple children enrolled, a 10% discount will apply on the lesser tuition of the second child, and a 20% discount will apply on any additional siblings enrolled unless specified thru a special deal. Please read all information on special offerings.

OPTION 2.  You may purchase a 3 month session of classes. Class must be paid in full at time of registration. Any missed classes must be made up within the 3 month session and cannot carry over into another month.


OPTION 3  Biggest Saving!  *If you prefer not to pay monthly you may purchase
 a 5 month membership from time of registration. 5 month memberships are paid in full before class begins and receive a 10% discount.   * No multiplechild discounts given. No refunds are given after program begins. You may add in any time and purchase the remaining time in a 5 month membership but if less then 4 month remain you will not receive the 10% discount.

REFUNDS
Refunds can be given only to customers who withdraw prior to the start of class.  
NO refunds or credits can be given after programs begin. With prompt notification of a medical/family emergency an individual may withdraw from class and make up missed classes where space is available, within 30 days.  

EFT WITHDRAWALS
EFT(Electronic Funds Transfer) withdrawals are processes on the 17th of each month.  Payments made on the seventeenth go towards your next month of classes. In the event that you would like to discontinue classes Atlantic Gymnastics need to be notified by the tenth of the month prior to cancellation.  Your signature is required in order to close the account so please see someone at the front desk for the appropriate forms in a timely fashion.

Make-up Policy
Unlimited Make-Ups- Because life happens!
Can't make your regular scheduled class? Don't Worry  you can make it up by giving us a call ahead and scheduling the class of an equal or lower level at a time that works for your busy lifestyle.  You must be a currently enrolled student to take advantage of the make up policy.
All makeups must be completed while still actively enrolled. No credits or refunds given for missed classes.  Please note our scheduled holidays and make up accordingly- you might need to make up ahead of a class if it falls at the end of a month and you will not be continuing.  If you know your child is going to miss class on a specific date you can always schedule a make up in advance.  We do not refund for missed classes.

Due to New England's wonderful seasons inclement weather can happen instantly. During bad weather , please call Atlantic one hour prior to your class to check the status of the gym. If we do cancel classes you will be able to use our make up policy. 
**Please remember you must schedule your make ups and not just drop in.**

Class Cancellation Policy
Atlantic Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fill within 2 weeks after the monthly session starts due to low enrollment. To keep a class time active we need a minimum of 3 children per class. If we do decide to cancel the class due to low enrollment we will offer you other class selections similar to your current schedule.

Holidays
This only pertains to class schedules. 
We typically have a variety of activities and camps to choose from during our breaks.

Gym Rules and Policies

All parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their child/children in the waiting area. There is no running or gymnastics allowed outside of the gym.

Please dress your child to participate!! Although a strict attire is not required, it is suggested that girls wear leotards and boys wear shorts and t-shirts. Please, no loose fitting or oversized clothing, no buckles, snaps, or zippers. No tights with toes or leotards with tu-tu's. Long hair must be tied back. No gum or jewelry is allowed in the gym.

Bad Weather? We will always post on our website if we are closing due to weather and you can always call the office.  If we are closed it would be stated on our voicemail.

What to wear
Girls need to wear a one piece leotard.
Shorts, warm-ups etc. may be worn over it to warm up in.
We like our feet bare! No tights or socks on please!
Hair needs to be pulled up an away from face.
Boys need to wear shorts and a tucked in t-shirt with sweats over if needed.
